Big item on the agenda today is getting that run in. Looking at the weather, there’s a decent chance of rain this afternoon, particularly around 4-6 PM. The sun’s up and giving plenty of light until just after 8 PM, so aiming for the morning or early afternoon looks like your best bet to avoid the wet stuff for that MP Run! Remember, it’s part of your Start Running Taper.
