Hey Alex, it’s 7:25:38 AM! Time to get moving! You’re deep into the Lanza Camp experience today, which means plenty of exercise is on the schedule.
Here’s the plan to make sure you crush your training:
- Your GROUP RIDE Tabayesco TT is planned for 10:00 - 12:30. The weather is looking good with no rain and temperatures climbing into the low 20s°C, perfect for hitting that climb hard after the easy start!
- Straight after the ride, you have your BRICK RUN Easy from 13:00 - 14:00. It will be full daylight with zero chance of rain, but it is expected to be the hottest part of the day (around 25-26°C). Remember to stay hydrated for that transition run!
- Wrap up the exercise with a 50m POOL SWIM at 17:00. The pool is definitely indoors, so no weather worries there!
Beyond the training:
- Breakfast is coming up soon at 07:30.
- There’s a Bike Brief at 09:00 before you head out on the ride.
- You’ll be packing up your bike in the afternoon (14:30 - 15:30).
- Dinner is slightly earlier tonight at 18:30, followed by Mini Golf at 19:30 – sounds like a fun way to recover!
Hope Tara’s workload isn’t as large as some of those US BMI increases reported in the news!
