Morning Alex, hope the journey back is smooth if you’re flying today!
Looks like today is a well-deserved Day Off according to the training plan, and also Mother’s Day in Canada and the US. Enjoy the rest!
Speaking of coming back, if you’re landing in London today, the weather isn’t too far off what you’ve been enjoying! London is looking at highs around 23°C, sunny and windy (gusts up to 41 km/h). Not quite the steady 24°C sunny and windy you’ve had, but pretty good for here!
Now, about getting that exercise in… tomorrow’s plan is an Easy Run for 35 minutes. Looking at the forecast for Monday, there’s a chance of showers very early (4-7 am), and again potentially from late morning through the afternoon, with the highest probability around 2-3 pm. Good news is it looks dry and sunny from around 8 am to 11 am, and then again in the late afternoon/early evening before sunset at 20:41 BST. So, aiming for that run either mid-morning or late afternoon/early evening looks like your best bet to stay dry and get it done in daylight!

Have a great Sunday!
